In this exhibition, BINGSHAN Group focused on "green, low carbon, intelligent, peace of mind", and focused on displaying new products, new technologies and new solutions in the fields of low carbon energy saving, air treatment, snow industry, Bingshan Industrial Internet, creditable cold chain and so on. At the innovation product release conference on April 6th, red water re-chiller of Bingshan Refrigeration & Heat Transfer Technologies Company and Marine screw expansion generator set of Wuhan New World Refrigeration Industry Co., Ltd. won the innovation product award respectively. On April 7th, the booth attracted a high-end customer group from China Refrigeration Association.
Carbon neutralization and carbon peaking is China's solemn commitment to the world. As the representative of China's hot and cold enterprises, Bingshan Group has fulfilled its corporate social responsibility, focusing on hot and cold business, committed to "green energy, energy conservation and emission reduction, hot and cold balance", and developed a series of hot and cold products in recent years. In this exhibition, Bingshan newly developed magnetic levitation cooling and heating unit will make its debut. The integrated red water re-chiller applied to poultry slaughtering market segment can save more than 20% water and electricity. The screw expansion generator with a discharge capacity of 12000m m3 / h is the largest capacity compressor unit of China. The air source heat pump displayed in this exhibition adopts green refrigerant R410A, which has the characteristics of stable defrosting, intelligent defrosting and non-stop heating during defrosting. CO2 green refrigerant is the key product developed by Bingshan in recent years. The exhibition will showcase CO2 screw refrigeration units and CO2 trans-critical parallel units. CO2 trans-critical parallel unit adopts two-stage compression technology, energy saving and consumption reduction, ODP=0, GWP=1. The evaporation temperature range is -45℃~-20℃.
COVID-19 has had a major impact on cold chain logistics.
In this exhibition, Bingshan Group displayed new products for the security of cold chain logistics, medical cold chain logistics and contactless consumption in the epidemic era. The newly developed air disinfection and purification unit has a sterilization rate of 97 ~ 99.9% under normal temperature and low temperature environment. A new medical ultra-low temperature storage chamber is designed for the preservation of biological samples. The double-cooling cascade system is adopted to provide a more reliable guarantee for the preservation of biological samples. At the same time, the biological sample management software platform is equipped to provide customers with intelligent solutions. The smart locker products successfully marketed to the overseas market guarantee the temperature uniformity of each compartment through the combination of original double-cycle system and differential pressure system. The intelligent smart locker adopts precision weighing module + video identification technology, equipped with Internet cloud platform mode, precise digital control, and can set the temperature in the cabinet according to the food sold. There is less than a year before the Beijing Winter Olympics will be held. In this exhibition, Bingshan showcases innovative solutions for snow engineering such as venues for competition and training for the Beijing Winter Olympics. In addition, large capacity DC variable frequency scroll compressor for refrigeration, a full range of scroll compressors to meet the needs of different market segments such as refrigeration, heat pump, vehicle air conditioning, electric bus air conditioning, rail transit air conditioning, commercial air conditioning, central air conditioning chiller, commercial multi split heat pump and so on, and Bingshan industrial Internet service relying on 5G are also highlights of this exhibition.
