Set up 5G network and adopt AR technology to shorten the distance between customers

The project will start to advance in early 2020. The original plan is that the CZ-RTC6BLW, Bluetooth, WLAN and other series models will be divided into four phases. The first three phases of single product trial production and type testing are basically completed. In the fourth stage of the type test, Japanese technicians were originally planned to go to the manufacturing site to conduct field inspections and finalize mass production. However, due to the impact of the new crown epidemic, Japanese experts could not reach the site in the short term, and the follow-up work of the project could not be carried out normally.

Faced with the pressure of the epidemic, the company has established an operating order that is compatible with the prevention and control of the epidemic, and has promoted the resumption of work and production in an orderly manner, so that the flow of manpower, material resources, and capital can be rotated in an orderly manner. With the support of the Group's Information Technology Department, relevant departments of the company are actively preparing and carefully arranging, pioneering cooperation with China Mobile, setting up a 5G network, using AR glasses system, surpassing physical distance, and shortening communication across the ocean.

The video transmits multiple production processes such as substrate production, AOI assembly processing, wire controller FCT, packaging and other production processes at the Xinminghua manufacturing site in real time. The Japanese side "sees" the live scene for the first time, avoiding the need for traditional video recording. The inconvenience of sending back image files through other channels makes the Japanese experts feel like they are on the scene, and the manufacturing site is clear at a glance. During the type test, both parties can exchange opinions in real time and solve problems on the spot.

The whole type test process vividly shows the distance and the nearness of the intelligent age. Japanese experts far away from the ocean showed up to guide and confirm on-site production in the form of real-life holographic projections, so that the entire "86 line controller" project was resumed, and the hard-core reform of "cloud" technology between China and Japan was realized during the epidemic. This time, AR glasses, a new technology artifact equivalent to clairvoyance, has also been recognized and trusted by Japan. The Japanese side hopes to strengthen cooperation in subsequent trials and mass production. This type test has laid a solid foundation for the August volume test and later mass production.

The Information Technology Department of Xinminghua United Group actively explores 5G+AR technology equipment research and development and technical standard testing, which not only enables the smooth progress of the 86 wire controller project, but also saves related expenses incurred in receiving guests.
