Bingshan Air Cooler are mainly used field are supermarkets, meat processing plant, slaughterhouses, retail grocery store and cold storage, etc.
DUC Series Industrial Air Cooler can control the storage temperature is very stable, made the high temperature, humidity and environmental requirements of food such as fruit, meat, cheese, etc., to get the best preservation or fish. Provides users with high efficiency and energy saving of the cooling system.
Industrial Air Cooler are long lasting, heavy duty, designed for storage and processing of meat, seafood, fruit, vegetables/ dairy and other high-value perishable product.
Fan guards of Industrial Air Cooler are fitted to all fans ensuring maximum protection and compliance with international standards.
Defrost of Industrial Air Cooler can be through coil and tray as well as on the fans. Coil and tray defrost can be by air(A), water(W), hot gas(H) and/or electric headers(E). please specify type ofcoil defrost as well as the type of drain tray defrost required. Fan heaters(F) are also available for low temperature applications to keep fan cowing free of ice.
Coils are made of galvanized steel tubes and fins(G) or stainless tube(S) and aluminum(epoxy) fins and pressure tested to 3000kpa. Units are shipped with nitrogen charge of 10OOkpa pressure.
Fans(400V±10%, 3Ph, 50Hz) IP54 protection, with 2 speed operation. Induced draught standard unit are equipped with reliable Ziehl fans for greater control of ambient and lower noise and lower power consumption.
Fin spacing of 6.0(M), 8.0(L), 10.0(F), 12.0mm(B) are available as standard, yet 15.0mm spacing and multiple spacing are available on request.

A2:We usually offer the quotation within 2-3 work days for equipment and 5-10 work days for system after receiving your inquiry. For urgent offer, please contact with us for special.
Q3.What is the Trade Term?
A3: We accept Ex-work factory , FOB Dalian, CNF or CIF, as your requirement.
Q4.How long is our Production leading time?
A4: It depends on type of equipment.
For cold storage equipment, the lead time is 60-80days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.
For Spiral Freezer, Tunnel Freezer, the lead time is 80-90days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.
For flake ice making unit and plate freezer, the lead time is 45days after receiving down payment or letter of credit.
Q5.What is the Payment term?
A5: By 100% T/T before shipment or By L/C at sight.
Q6. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A6: Firstly, we should investigate the reason cause the damage. At the same time, we will claim for the insurance by ourselves or assist the buyer.
Secondly we will send the replacement to the buyer. The responsible person for above damage will take charge of the cost of the replacement.
Q7. What are your terms of packing?
A7: Packing: export worthy package suitable for container transportation.
Q8. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A8: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
