Structure of Ice Making Unit:
The ice making unit provided by our factory includes ammonia ice machine, spare parts matching various ice machines, ice making machine, lifting equipment, etc., but does not include ice cabinet floor covering, ice machine insulation materials, etc. Ice machine can also produce two forms of ice. The ice making tank of ice making machine is a rectangular water tank welded by steel plates, with evaporator coils at both ends, and the inner wall of block ice is welded with angle steel into a frame for placing the frame containing the block ice. The tank of ice making machine is filled with salt water of a certain concentration. The tank body and bottom of the ice making machine should be covered with insulation and moisture-proof layers to prevent heat from entering the tank body. If covered with a wooden cover of block ice(provided by the user), the block ice can is supplied as a semi-finished product.

Equipment And Functions of The Ice Making Unit:
The evaporator coil of the ice making machine is welded by two main pipes and two rows of spiral pipes. Block ice placed in the ice maker machine. When liquid ammonia of ice machine enters the evaporator coil of the refrigerator through the throttle valve, ice maker machine can absorb the heat of the brine. Ice maker machine vaporize the liquid ammonia. Ice maker machine reduces the temperature of the brine.
The vertical agitator of the refrigerator is installed on both sides of the ice machine. Ice machine can make the brine flow quickly through the space between the evaporator coil. Ice machine can thereby improving the heat transfer efficiency of the refrigerator.
The ice machine can is made of galvanized steel plate. Block ice is slightly conical to facilitate the discharge of ice cubes. The upper opening of the block ice can is riveted with flat steel for reinforcement. The ice machine's thawing tank is an open water container containing 35℃-40℃ water.Ice making unit is used to melt the surface of ice cubes in contact with block ice can to facilitate the discharge of ice cubes from the ice can.
The ice tip of the ice machine is an L-shaped frame supported on the bracket at both ends. Block ice is used to tilt the ice tank to discharge ice cubes.
The water injection device of the block ice consists of a rotary valve and a quantitative water tank corresponding to the number of ice tanks. Block ice can ensure that the required amount of water is filled into the ice tank of block ice at the same time.

Installation Method of Ice Making Machine:
1. Placement of Ice Making Machine:
The ice making machine should be placed in a safe. And block ice clean place with good air circulation. The ice making machine cannot be placed in the open air and cannot be exposed to direct sunlight and rain. The ice making unit should not be close to heat sources. Container type can be used outdoors, the ice making unit is suitable for use in an environment of 5℃~38℃. The ice making unit needs to be placed stably.
2. Installation of Ice Making Unit:
The power supply of the ice making unit must be consistent with that indicated on the machine nameplate. All circuits of the ice making unit must comply with national standards. The voltage fluctuation of the block ice machine shall not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage. Pay attention to safety when installing the block ice machine.
