Under the premise that there is no precedent for the transfer of internal staff, General Manager Xia Kesheng made unified arrangements and instructed all departments to cooperate and respond quickly. In just one day, he created a rigorous new business process and completed the relevant procedures for personnel deployment. During the production support period, while the company completes the safety and operation training and daily management of the support staff, the relevant person in charge of the Panasonic Refrigeration Manufacturing Department also regularly confirms the work of the support staff to ensure the effective progress of the support work.
