Red Water Chiller with Freon System
Introduction to Red Water Chiller The red water chiller is mainly used for the red water circulation cooling of poultry slaughtering lines or chicken slaughterhouses (2000-13500 pieces/hour). By adopting jet liquid supply technology, structural design of the falling film shell tube heat exchanger, careful selection of control components, and strict setting of control programs, the red chiller unit can provide stable and reliable ice water at around 0.3~1 ℃. Under the condition of ensuring reasonable drinking water and sufficient pre cooling time for chickens, poultry ketone bodies can be cooled to below 4 ℃; Meanwhile, low water temperature effectively inhibits the reproduction of microorganisms. The quality of frozen products is good, and the heat load of quick freezing is greatly reduced.
