2. Packing: export worthy package suitable for container transportation.

3. Delivery time: to be delivered for shipment within 60~90 days from the date of L/C.

4. Pre-shipment inspection: Supplier’s pre-shipment inspection is Final; pre-shipment inspection by third Party on buyers account.

5. Insurance: to by covered by the buyer.

6. Warranty: 12months after commercial running or 18months from the date of shipment, whichever is the earlier.

7. Validity: the price is valid for 60 days for L/C opening
