Introduction to Red Water Chiller
The red water chiller is mainly used for the red water circulation cooling of poultry slaughtering lines or chicken slaughterhouses (2000-13500 pieces/hour). By adopting jet liquid supply technology, structural design of the falling film shell tube heat exchanger, careful selection of control components, and strict setting of control programs, the red chiller unit can provide stable and reliable ice water at around 0.3~1 ℃.
Under the condition of ensuring reasonable drinking water and sufficient pre cooling time for chickens, poultry ketone bodies can be cooled to below 4 ℃; Meanwhile, low water temperature effectively inhibits the reproduction of microorganisms. The quality of frozen products is good, and the heat load of quick freezing is greatly reduced.
Red Water Chiller
BINGSHAN Red chiller provides cold water for poultry processing and cooling.
We can ensure the temperature of the cold water to prevent pipeline leaks.

The refrigerant injector eliminates the need for high maintenance ammonia pumps.

Maintain the highest water flow rate to facilitate more water exchange in the red water cooler and effectively avoid ice blockage.

Red Water Chiller Technical Processing

1. Energy saving - The temperature before quick freezing is cooled from 20-10 ℃ to 4 ℃, and the heat load of this part is directly changed to -7 ℃ -25~-30 ℃. The flake ice system is upgraded to -7 ℃, saving more than 51% of the total energy

A3: We accept Ex-work factory , FOB Dalian, CNF or CIF, as your requirement.
Q4.How long is our Production leading time?
A4: It depends on type of equipment.
For cold storage equipment, the lead time is 60-80days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.
For Spiral Freezer, Tunnel Freezer, the lead time is 80-90days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.
For flake ice making unit and plate freezer, the lead time is 45days after receiving down payment or letter of credit.
Q5.What is the Payment term?
A5: By 100% T/T before shipment or By L/C at sight.
Q6. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A6: Firstly, we should investigate the reason cause the damage. At the same time, we will claim for the insurance by ourselves or assist the buyer.
Secondly we will send the replacement to the buyer. The responsible person for above damage will take charge of the cost of the replacement.
Q7. What are your terms of packing?
A7: Packing: export worthy package suitable for container transportation.
