Under the condition of ensuring reasonable drinking water and sufficient pre cooling time for chickens, poultry ketone bodies can be cooled to below 4 ℃; Meanwhile, low water temperature effectively inhibits the reproduction of microorganisms. The quality of frozen products is good, and the heat load of quick freezing is greatly reduced.
