High-reliability
· Adopt independent self-developed IV compressor, and its special structure is more proper to air conditioning system
· Adopt imported rolling bearing with 100 thousand hours rated running life maintenance-free, replacement-free
· New type of shaft seal technology realize two-way sealing
· High reliability and no oil pump design. Apply system differential pressure to lubricate each motive parts to further simplify system
· The compressor has built-in oil chamber to ensure bearing to be lubricated as start
Effi cient Energy-saving
· Adopt slide valve unloading device, 10~100% stepless adjustment as per actual loading demand reduce running cost greatly
· Inhale from bottom, exhaust from side, match with fl ooded evaporator, all these features could reduce air suction resistance drop, improve the refrigerating capacity while reducing power consumption, increase COP valve greatly. The energy effi ciency level of the compressor unit reaches grade II of national regulation GB19577-2004 and belongs to energy-saving products. of the state, level 2, belong to the energy saving products
· The unit adopts fl ooded evaporator, automatically return oil through specifi ed oil return device. And apply high-effi ciency tube in evaporator and condenser with more compact structure and good heat transfer effect to reduce unit power consumption and pipe scaling
Easy to Use
· The unit is pre-charged high performance WL6 refrigerant oil before ex-work
· Different from traditional water chiller unit layout, compressor and motor are located on top of evaporator, and oil separator and oil cooler are located on top of condenser. The compact structure save installed material, machine room space and investment cost

A2:We usually offer the quotation within 2-3 work days for equipment and 5-10 work days for system after receiving your inquiry. For urgent offer, please contact with us for special.
Q3.What is the Trade Term?
A3: We accept Ex-work factory , FOB Dalian, CNF or CIF, as your requirement.
Q4.How long is our Production leading time?
A4: It depends on type of equipment.
For cold storage equipment, the lead time is 60-80days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.
For Spiral Freezer, Tunnel Freezer, the lead time is 80-90days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.
For flake ice making unit and plate freezer, the lead time is 45days after receiving down payment or letter of credit.
Q5.What is the Payment term?
A5: By 100% T/T before shipment or By L/C at sight.
Q6. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A6: Firstly, we should investigate the reason cause the damage. At the same time, we will claim for the insurance by ourselves or assist the buyer.
Secondly we will send the replacement to the buyer. The responsible person for above damage will take charge of the cost of the replacement.
Q7. What are your terms of packing?
A7: Packing: export worthy package suitable for container transportation.
